With ECM, you’ll benefit from personalized assistance tailored to your unique health needs. Our dedicated team will help coordinate your medical care, connect you with healthcare providers, and ensure you understand your treatment options.

Finding a safe and stable place to live can be challenging, but our Housing Navigation program is here to help you every step of the way.

When you join our program, you’ll be assigned a dedicated housing advocate who will work tirelessly to assist you in your housing search. Your advocate will not only help you explore available options but will also advocate on your behalf with landlords and property managers to ensure your needs are prioritized.

• Credit check fees
• Rental deposits
• First month of rent
• Household items

BRIDGE Community Services of CA recognizes the difficulties that incarcerated individuals face when reintegrating into society.

To prepare for successful reintegration, we offer in prison programs to individuals who are looking to prepare for their new lives out in our community. These programs touch on topics such as mental health, life skills, healthy relationships, and education/employment readiness. In addition, we offer holistic wellness programs that focus on healing trauma. 

We currently work exclusively with the Correctional Training Facility (CTF) located in Soledad, CA. However, if you wish to see our programs within another institution, please visit our Contact page and send us a message.
